Job Description

TA - Coordinator (6 months contract)

What will you do?

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet our hiring  needs
  • Play a crucial role in attracting candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Effectively manage our ATS system, including data entry, candidate status updates, and reporting. Continuously optimize and streamline recruitment processes using the ATS
  • Provide support to the Recruitment team for interview arrangements and serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing them with a positive and informative interview experience
  • Ensure that all interview logistics are in place, including room bookings and video conferencing setups

    • Who should apply for this role?

  • Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources or a related field
  • Must have minimum of 6 to 8 months of experience in recruitment or HR roles, including completion of an internship
  • Must have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
