Job Description

4-5 years’ experience in Accounts payables process in BPO environment- Should be Commerce Graduate / Accounts Graduate- Knowledge of ERP - Excellent Communication Skills – written and verbal- Knowledge of MS Office- Ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines- Ability to work independently and a strong team player Role: Team Handling, Invoice processing (2 way & 3 way matching), Payment Scheduling and monitoring, AP Helpdesk, Efficient query management and resolution as defined by the Process Escalation to the supervisor for issues that cannot be handled basis materiality, Prioritization of tasks e.g. escalated query handling.
