Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure code quality and maintainability. - Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and non-production environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to business operations. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) and UNIX Shell Scripting. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with back-end technologies such as Spring Framework, Hibernate, and RESTful web services.
