Summary: As a Strategic Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving and managing strategic programs and projects in key areas. You will serve as the owner of key processes or assist the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert and support teams by applying deep expertise and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Manage and drive strategic programs and projects in key areas. - Serve as the owner of key processes and ensure their successful implementation. - Assist the lead in managing team engagement, budgets, and related reporting. - Apply deep expertise and knowledge to support teams as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. - Data Conversion is Must Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Strong understanding of program and project management principles. - Experience in managing and driving strategic programs and projects. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A minimum of 15 years of Full time education is required.
