Job Description

Manager

•Supervisor and SME for FAH BAU support process
•Manage of FAH support analyst team (staffing according to demand & PTO)
•In depth understanding of the accounting rules and application for the BSP
•Investigate and resolve accounting issues related to BSP defects or changes
•Document, report and hand over reoccurring issues in FAH BAU process to FAH Finance Senior Analyst (BAU SME) to research and fix 
•Oversee subledger correction journals (FAH WebADI) caused by defects or errors in accounting
•Oversee and sign-off of monthly reconciliations and process (includes SOX activities and evidence)
•Resolving issues raised by tickets
•Fielding and assisting with audit requests
•Assist in UAT testing for BSP upgrades, enhancements and development
•Oversee configuration and mapping changes
•Review and publish of FAH subledger reporting where applicable
•Create procedures and oversight of user control certificates and licensing: joiners / movers / leavers
•Train and develop procedure documents for FAH Finance Support Analysts to follow
