Specialist BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Primary point of engagement between Telstra stakeholders and JLL teams
• Ongoing coordination to ensure requirements are accurately captured, and delivered in collaboration with JLL BI team
• Design, development, and delivery of Alteryx workflows, with a strong focus on data quality reporting and rule-based data validation
• Develop and enhance Tableau based dashboards and reports
• Define architecture and technology solutions driven by client requirements, performance, flexibility, and maintenance demands across Alteryx, Tableau, MS SQL, and supporting systems
• Design, setup and support of data governance and data integration processes using Alteryx and MS SQL, with a strong focus on client engagement to data quality requirements

Skills

• Business analysis, consulting/advisory and/or project or client management experience highly regarded
• Strong client engagement and communication skills a must
• Ability to simplify and empathetically communicate technical solutions to a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to quickly grasp data models and advise best practice for enhancements to cover larger scope
• Strong analytical mind-set with an ability to interpret, visualize and tell the story behind the data
• Passion for both business understanding and leveraging data to improve business processes and support decision making
• Fluent English is necessary
