Job Description
Role: Application production support
Who are we looking for?
A mid-senior level technical support engineer with hands on experience of, Application and production support to manage a critical project for one of our biggest clients in banking domain focusing on SRE/DevOps roadmap. The individual should be passionate about technology and must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and/or as part of larger team.
Experience: 5 to 6 years.
Technical Skills:
Must have monitoring experience using Application monitoring tools such as Netcool, Splunk , AppD , thousand eyes, Grafana etc.
Must have Hand on experience in Middleware/application support
Should have extensive knowledge on Services Management tools like ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of Autosys tool
Should have Basic SQL knowledge to perform DML query in Oracle database
Should have Application performance management using tools
