Package Specialist-SAP IS Retail

IntroductionAs an Application Package Specialist, you'll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application packaged solutions. You'll gain in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients’ business environment.   • Requirements gathering, project planning and management, solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products.
  • Technical analysis and documentation of integrated systems.
  • Provide expert advice on SAP functionality, change management and other advisory services.
  • Provide guidance on test plans and end-user documentation.
  • Suggest solutions to customer based on best practice.
  • Identify business drivers and goals and develop compelling proposals and value-driven business cases to achieve desired business outcomes.
  • Translate client's business needs into business requirements and participate in the production of detailed design and technical specifications.
  • Understand the requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and create roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 8+ years of experience required in IS-Retail & S/4HANA FVB and at least 3-4 implementation experience in Retail space.
  • Integration experienced with S/4HANA SD & MM modules.
  • Hands-on SAP POSDM consultant having worked in complex interfaced landscape. Strong design and development (config) abilities and should be able to work independently.
  • SAP IS Retail POSDM / CAR processes.
  • Experience designing and implementing SAP IS Retail / S/4HANA FVB programs.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Good Knowledge on Master Data including Article master, Site master, merchandising category, store layout module.
  • Good communication skills are required to effectively engage with the client.
  • Interfacing experience with POS and Omnichannel.
