Summary: As a User Experience Designer, you will analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience. You will be responsible for understanding user requirements and translating them into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional user experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements. - Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to identify pain points and areas for improvement. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience. - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs. - Ensure consistency and adherence to design guidelines and best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in user experience design. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. - Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes. - Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with responsive design and mobile app design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
