Senior Software Engineer - .NET Core, React

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full stack experience including web services and web applications using Microsoft .NET technologies
• Proven expertise in .Net Core, .Net 6, ASP.NET, WCF Services, MVC Frameworks using C# or VB.Net, React JS
• The successful candidate for this position will be able to function at the highest technical level with respect to web services, web pages using Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.Net, C#, .Net Core, .Net 6, SQL)
• The candidate should come up with new architectures or architectural/design changes for the new requirements and enhancements
• Strong experience in writing SQLs, Stored Procedures using SQL Server
• Experience in developing interfaces with enterprising systems and consuming other web services
• Experience in migrating applications to cloud using Azure/PCF
• Experience in unit testing frame works using mocks and dependency injections
• Experience in implementing CI/CD processes
• Must be well versed with Agile methodology
• Strong interpersonal as well as verbal/written communication skills
• Experience in UI Frameworks like React JS
• Experience in automation testing frameworks like selenium
• Experience in SSIS and automated batch schedulers.

Job Expectations:

• Currently, we follow Hybrid Model, will be required to work in the office as per organization’s In Office Adherence / Return to Office (RTO) at a minimum of 3 days per week.
• This position acts as an expert technical resource to programming staff in the development, testing, and implementation of web services and interfaces using .NET Technologies 
• This person will perform a variety of duties on a day-to-day basis including development, functional testing, security, code, and peer reviews, escalated production and defect support and troubleshooting, application maintenance, monitoring and/or balancing and security remediation activities and other activities as required.
• Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updating and testing of the business continuation plan.
• Drives technical initiatives from end to end by partnering with cross functional teams
