Electromagnetics Design & Development Expert
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development of electromechanical components and subsystems like servo motors, sensors, Electromechanical actuators, Solenoids for Aerospace, Space and special applications.
- Conceptualize, design and detail the components & LRU's for aerospace actuation and Autonomous systems.
- Responsible for electrical & magnetic design and analysis using FEM tools and other analytical methods.
- Responsible for New Product Development - Manufacturing, build & test
- Responsible to build test rigs - Conceptualize, design and develop.
- Responsible for transfer of technology to production team – Documentation for assembly process, work instructions, test procedures and test report.
- Responsible to guide and help production team for technical issues as necessary.
- B.Tech or M.Tech in Electrical engineering with 3-10 years’ experience in design, New Product Development and handing over to production .
- Expertise in following products
- Motors :- BLDC, PMSM, Stepper, Synchronous, brushed DC, Induction
- Sensors :- Hall assemblies, LVDTs, RVDTs, Resolvers
- Actuators :- Electromechanical actuators, direct drive, gear drive,
Solenoids :- Push/Pull, Single/Multi coil, Pressurized applications.
