Job Description
- Managing tax compliances for both Direct and Indirect Taxes in all the jurisdiction
- Responsible for devising transfer pricing policy for the group and addressing key risk areas
- Understanding of related party transactions and Arms Length Pricing methodology
- Managing and devising strategies to address both direct and indirect tax litigations
- Responsible for Tax reporting under Ind AS and US GAAP
- Overseeing compliances in SEZ, STPI
