Job Description
- Should be an expert in IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Services with toolset and knowledge of integrations.
- Should be aware of integration of monitoring tools for event management and automation.
- Should be well versed with ITIL Processes and Monitoring Concepts.
- Should be aware of Budget, Project and Vendor Management.
- Should have lead a team of 5-10 members.
- Should have an expertise to deliver customer's monitoring requirement and provide consultation based on the best possible solution.
- Should be proficient and have at least 5+ years working experience on Monitoring Tools Like Dynatrace SaaS, ScienceLogic, Appdynamics, New Relic, Microfocus tools experience.
Primary Skills
- Should have a basic knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Services
- Understanding of ITSM Processes with Agile Methodology
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and deal with multiple stakeholders for monitoring requirements, ongoing enhancements in monitoring
- Good verbal and written communication skills, and ability to address conflict with others constructively. Should have handled large monitoring tools setup and migrations to new tools in previous assignments. Experience in GSI Domain(Global System Integrator) is added advantage
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
