Talend Developer

Desired Competencies 
1. Design, Develop and implement ETL processes using Talend
2. Optimize & Enhance existing ETL process to improve performance
3. Operating in shifts in support engagement.
4. Having Problem Solving, Logical and Communication Skills.
5. Willingness to upskill in related technology as per project need.
Responsibilities of the Role 
  • Develop new ETL flows & jobs using Talend and enhance existing ones
  • Track the prescheduled jobs' execution status and handle the failures manually, if any.
  • Modify the existing jobs in Talend & scripts (.sh files) based on business requirements and redeploy the new builds of jobs into servers.
  • Retrieve the data from email notifications, prepare & trigger the jobs for data load operations
  • Load the data for various dashboards
  • Understand the overall technical architecture and implement improvements
  • Must be willing to work in shifts (no night shift) and weekends (compensatory off will be provided)
  • Creating technical documentation for reference and reporting
  • Ensure Data compliance with data governance and Security policies
