Job Description
Supplier quality management and assurance for software and IT services worldwide.
Supplier assessments (ASPICE) and development of suppliers within the preventive quality planning.
Technical complaint management with suppliers (8D).
Support as expert service in working groups for software and IT services topics.
Identify quality gaps and track to close at supplier
Further improvement of the quality management system for purchased software and IT services within GS (Global Business Services)
Knowledge:Proficient in IT service management according ISO20000Expert knowledge in problem solving methods (8D)Certified Automotive SPICE assessor or similar (e.g. CMMI)Functional skills:Proficient decision making and Analytical skillsProficient team building, collaboration and communication skillsCompetent customer orientation and emotional intelligence skillsGood presentation skills
Qualifications
BE Graduate in computer science/Information science/ electronic engineering
Additional Information
5-8 years of experience in software development and/or software and IT service quality management, supplier quality assessment
