Job Description: We are looking for a Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud on Lightning Experience Tech Team Lead for Backend Development to lead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Lightning Experience, and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities: create user stories which involves apex and backend customizations. create salesforce flows for automations. enable commerce LWR store and enable OOTB commerce feature on the store. customize store using expierence builder with OOTB configurations. Create LWC components. create APIs, create apex classes for integration with 3rd party platform. Lead the backend development team in designing and implementing Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions on the Lightning Experience platform. Ensure that backend development work meets business requirements and project goals. Mentor and provide technical guidance to backend developers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with frontend development team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components. Stay updated with the latest backend development trends and Salesforce features. Qualifications: Should have hands on expierence on LWC, Javascirpt, HTML and CSS. Should be able to understand the lifecycle hooks and decorators used in LWC Should be able to handle data communication between different LWCs in the store. Must have Apex and salesforce flows knowlegde. Must have hands on experience on using standard connect apis and standard commerce apis. should have worked on intgeration and connecting salesforce with 3rd party platforms. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Lightning Experience, and backend development. Strong knowledge of Apex,LWR, Salesforce APIs, and backend frameworks. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
