You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design innovative and efficient solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software development methodologies. - Strong understanding of application packaging principles and best practices. - Experience in creating and maintaining application packages for deployment. - Knowledge of software distribution tools and technologies. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or VBScript. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Application Packaging. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
