Roles and Responsibility
● Monitoring the social handles & platforms across web
● Monitoring done through a tool + manually
● Posting responses to posts around the brand accurately and in a timely manner
● Ensuring the TAT expected by the client is maintained
● Making the brand experience better for a user who seems dissatisfied
● Clearing doubts an individual has about what the brand offers
● Acknowledging compliments & showcasing the same on brand social media pages
● Response management to be done smartly through a social media listening tool
● Sharing the brand comments real time with the brand managers (respective stakeholders)
● Categorization of the data & deriving meaningful analysis. Sharing the same with the brand
● Able to do Root cause analysis for all the escaslations received Qualification: ● Any Graduate with 1-2 years of relevant work experience in ORM.
● Have in depth understanding of social media, online reputation, analytics
● Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
● Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
● Have a keen eye for detail and have a perfectionist attitude.
