Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology at the operating system-level, and ensuring the smooth operation of various platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of IT operations and the ability to provide support both remotely and onsite. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operation. - Implement technology at the operating system-level. - Provide ongoing technical support for production and development systems. - Maintain software products and configured services. - Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for basic and intermediate level issues. - Collaborate with vendors and brands to resolve technical issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Data Services Development. - Strong understanding of IT operations and support processes. - Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. - Knowledge of operating systems and network areas. - Familiarity with software solutions and vendors. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data migration and integration. - Knowledge of SAP Data Services best practices. - Understanding of data quality and data governance principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Data Services Development. - This position is based in Noida. - A SAP DATA Service education is required.
