We're once again hiring at Stable Money!
We're looking for a 'Senior Associate - Credit and Risk' to join our 'Corporate Bonds Team'! This member will be crucial in shaping our soon-to-be-launched online bond platform.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements, assess performance trends, and evaluate the creditworthiness of NBFCs, other financial institutions, and corporates.
- Prepare credit notes that outline key rating considerations, credit risk assessments, and CAMEL-based financial analysis (including profitability, capitalization, liquidity, etc.).
- Analyze business models, identify strengths and weaknesses, assess risks, and understand the revenue models and corporate structures of various companies.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of key operational drivers across industries.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, MBA in Finance, CFA, M.Com, or equivalent degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, with a preference for candidates who have worked with credit rating agencies.
