ZONAL MANAGER - TAMIL NADU - NORTH
- Responsible for Gold loan AUM growth, Interest collection, Yield, Profitability, cross-sell/up-sell and entire customer life cycle.
- Manage a team of around 2500-3000 employees, effectively, in the Zone. The zone comprises of a set of 7 regions, 45 + clusters and 500 branches.
- Responsible for running the branch operations seamlessly and ensuring gold-standard customer service at the branches.
- Responsible for employee productivity and performance by creating a conducive ecosystem that fosters innovation, learning and personal development
