Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development team. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring their successful implementation. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior professionals in the team. - Additional Responsibility 2: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint solutions. - Knowledge of SharePoint administration and configuration. - Experience with SharePoint Online development and customization. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Databases Infrastructure. - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 integration. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
