- Ensure redressal of Customer queries and complaints within timelines
- Resolution of Gold / Account Audit irregularities.
- Ensure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from legal teams in ZO/HO
- Timely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow-up for approval to hand over the gold to police
