Your Role
- Conduct investigations into FTE/FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process.
- Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER/IR perspective
- Grievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEs
- Workplace Incidents and Accidents
- ER Trainings (COC, POSH etc)
- Improving staff welfare
- Conflict resolution and management
- Manage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHs
- Disciplinary Actions
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
