Assistant Manager - PMO
Responsibilities
Complies with company defined guidelines and SOP.
•Adheres to project timelines
•Responsible for creating BOQ with item specification , QS to Contracts team
•Guide team for Billing process at project site and conduct audits as per SOP.
•Full knowledge and experience to work in ERP - SAP
•Process Improvement
•Identifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement
•Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity
•Undertakes process improvement activities in own work area
•Good control and ability to use standard cost norms , coefficients for Civil , Finishing , MEP , Infra etc cost
•Understand the impact of room areas , area statement , car park efficiency , height of building on cost
PR/SES for consultants, MIS for management, Design Coordination, Construction Coordination, Value Engineering, Cost Estimation
Qualifications
B.E Civil with minimum 5 years experience
