Assistant Manager - sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
Incoterms and application in various types of raw materials via bulk and container deliveries.
Knowledge on customs clearance, shipping documentation requirements.
Experience in SAP for PR/PO making towards materials management.
Person with strong Inter-personal skills, verbal and written communication skills, being a self-starter with multitasking capabilities.
Knowledge on MS Office tools and hands on expertise in Excel and Power Point.
SAP HANA is desirable. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of of procurement and contract management activities related to Raw Material procurement. All contractual deliverables are tracked and completed within deadlines. Preparing LC drafts and review of import documents, timely response to suppliers and processing supplier payments, Ensure that accounts are periodically reconciled and dues (if any) are timely received.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: M.Com / B.Com / B.Sc Fresh Graduates or 2-3 years experience candiates with good numerical and anlytical ability.
Additional Qualification like MBA / CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) is preferable
Experiences: Candidate with 3- 7 years of experience in similar industry / manufacturing is preferable
