As an ASPICE Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Steering and guiding ADAS projects to achieve / enhance overall quality goal by deploying best practices and ensuring Process Compliance and Process Improvements.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure ASPICE Process Compliance and deploy best practices across projects.
• Ability to perform Process Harmonization and Coach the project teams to implement ASPICE and Process Improvements
• Collaboration with other quality teams and project teams to ensure process adherence and assessment preparations.
• Conduct periodic meetings with all stakeholders to ensure planned quality activities performed.
• Conduct Process Trainings.

Skills Required:

• Understanding of Automotive SPICE and implementation experience
• Exposure to Quality Management practices supporting Automotive embedded system projects
• Exposure to Product development or ECU/ System development
• Thorough understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodologies
• Process Definition, deployment and harmonization experience
• KPIs definitions and analysis experience
• Must possess the skills to work and lead Q-initiatives or topics independently interfacing with various stake holders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Provisional Assessor in at least one independent Program Assessment for ASPICE Level 2 assessment will be an added advantage
