Role Overview

The Junior Designer (Analyst) is responsible for designing and producing assets for Asset Management marketing team. This role involves collaborating with the design team and stakeholders to develop marketing materials for campaigns, events, thought leadership, and ongoing strategic initiatives.

Principal Tasks

• Following visual brand guidelines, create assets for all channels including print, web, email and video
• Collaborate with content team to produce assets for thought leadership
• Conduct image search, create custom charts and data visualizations for the publication
• Flow content and make copy edits to marketing materials with close attention to detail
• Develop visuals for video storyboard based on a script, b-roll search and liaise with internal studio team for proofing
• Design branded assets for events including banners, signage, agendas and other meeting materials
• Work with internal teams to develop marketing materials for client engagement

Skills

• 1-3 years of prior work experience.
• Online portfolio examples of the designer's work are required
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Moderate video/motion experience required
• Editorial/magazine experience is a plus
• Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Open to feedback to refine design
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once with tight and competing deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
