Primary Skills
• You possess good experience in end-to-end Development and / or Implementation and / or Support activities covering expertise areas such as
o Design of customizations
o Coding and Unit testing
o executing Test cycle rounds including End of Days
o Migrations and Integrations
o Release management
o Issue Tracking for Oracle FLEXCUBE / core banking products
- Experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Banking product customization and unit deployments in Oracle Weblogic Server/Oracle DB
- Should have good analytical skill to debug defects in FLEXCUBE base product and customization plus fix defects in customizations/extensions delivered
- Must have hands-on experience in Oracle Open Development Tool (Previously known as RAD tool)
- Should know the core banking functionalities and develop/customize Oracle Banking products (FCUBS, OBCL, OBPM, OBTR, OBTF)
- Possess knowledge and skills in software programming in Core Java, J2EE, Microservices related technologies, JavaScript, XML. Experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL and Oracle Database (19c or 12c) is a plus.
- Should be able to participate and lead, when needed, the project meetings and solutioning workshops with the client and possess excellent client interaction skills in areas including presentation of solutions
- Should be able to understand and analyze Customer business requirement and can provide fitment, solution.
- Should engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders as required during projects.
- Should have exposure and good technical knowledge on areas such as software deployment, troubleshooting on Application Server software especially Oracle Weblogic.
- Should possess good knowledge of Release methodologies and Source control tools
- Should possess good skills on Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Powerpoint
- Should possess good communication & documentation skills in English
Secondary Skills
- Should have good exposure to Banking Domain
- Should have good knowledge and extensive experience in programming using JAVA, SOA, Webservices, Reports and Middleware
- Should have exposure to software development processes and practices, DevOps tools, Testing tools
- Should possess knowledge of Oracle OBIEE Reports, BIP, middleware such as Oracle Fusion SOA Suite
- Should be aware of latest technologies and development practices.
Work Environment
- Should be willing to work at offshore as well as travel to client locations.
- Willing to work in shifts on rotation basis as defined by project needs
- Should be willing to take up FLEXCUBE and other Technical certifications in functional and technical areas as and when required.
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
- Team Lead and / or Team player
