Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, phone calls, and emails.
• Process orders and quotes using our AS400 system.
• Deliver accurate and prompt responses to customer questions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a seamless customer journey.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
• Document and share customer feedback to support service improvements.
• Operate effectively during the ASEAN shift to serve regional customers.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer support role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in managing live chats, calls, and email queries.
• Familiarity with AS400 or similar systems is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience.
