Job Description: Oracle Fusion CDM, Eloqua Techno Functional Consultant
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Oracle CDM (Customer Data Management) and Eloqua Techno-Functional Consultant to join our AMS project team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle CDM and Eloqua applications, with a strong background in both technical and functional aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for in Oracle CDM and Eloqua applications, including troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing fixes.
- Manage and maintain in Oracle CDM and Eloqua applications configurations.
- Support integrations with other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP, and other third-party applications. Ensure seamless data flow and process integration.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of in Oracle CDM and Eloqua applications to ensure high availability and responsiveness.
- Manage incidents and problems related to in Oracle CDM and Eloqua applications, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on business operations.
