Roles & responsibilities

·Work on developing proof of concepts on various use-cases ·Understanding of industry best practices about programming and business intelligence ·Use technology (on specific areas of work), continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery ·Contribute to technical and soft-skills training to continually develop the team's skills on industry specific areas of work ·Coordinate with onshore team to understand the business needs and work with development team to build custom solutions ·Take technical responsibility across all stage and iterations of software development. Has oversight on the design, development and implementation of fixes and enhancements to existing modules or new modules ·Actively participate in selection of appropriate software design methods, tools and techniques ·Provide advice and guidance to application designers and others on the best practices ·Lead exploration of new approaches for data visualization

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

•Object-oriented programming, Asp.Net / WebAPI, .Net Core, WCF and WPF, CSS and Angular12, C# ,Office JS, NodeJS, JavaScript, Knockout JS, SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API, Kendo Controls, HTML 5, Bootstrap, JSON, SQL •Experience building applications in the Microsoft Azure stack •Agile Software development framework •Azure DevOps, GitHub

Preferred technical & functional skills

•Product development using Microsoft technologies in the Asset Management, Wealth Management, or similar industries; or in relevant domains including Audit or Tax

Other technology experience: Microservices architectures deployed to AKS; event driven messaging services

Key behavioural attributes/requirements

·Demonstrated leadership and team-building experience ·Experience building and deploying Microsoft .Net solutions in enterprise production environments ·Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills ·Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Educational qualifications

•BTech in Computer Science/ MTech/ MCA (Fulltime education should only be considered)

Work experience

•7+ years of experience on Product development/ application development using Microsoft .Net technologies•Must have started career as a developer on MS .Net technologies and grown to Senior Developer level
