Paytm is hiring for the role of Merchant Operations- Senior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and integration.
• Manage and maintain merchant relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
• Analyze merchant data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase merchant engagement and retention.
• Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular updates and reports on merchant performance to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Paytm remains competitive.
• Handle merchant disputes and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify new merchant opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new merchant-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in merchant operations or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with merchant onboarding and integration processes.
• Knowledge of merchant payment processing and settlement.
• Understanding of merchant risk management and fraud prevention.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
