What we are looking for
Must Have
18+ Years experience in IT Infrastructure Deployment & Support with exposure to International Clients.
This role requires an understanding of end-to-end Infrastructure Operations and support eco system
Should have proven strengths in Revenue Growth & Operating Margin
Planning and scheduling the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
Managing the budget and resources of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track
Managing SLAs, Utilization, Attendance and Attrition.
Must have extertise in
Managing & improving Customer Experience.
Strategic planning
Communicating with stakeholders
Reporting and documentation
Build and maintain teams
Risk management
Managing the budget
Managing the service delivery schedules
Resource / Team Management
