Onboarding SPOC

We are looking for Onboarding Specialist based out of Bangalore to support our onboarding process. The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for initiating, tracking, and coordinating all onboarding activities BGSW.This position involves engagement with HR stakeholders, Business, external vendor, support functions including Payroll, Finance, IT, Security and Employees with the objective to provide world-class customer service.

1. To deliver top-notch day-one experience to new hires
2. Co-ordinate onboardiNG ACTivities that include verification of documents uploaded in Onboarding tool, ensure that ID cards are dispatched on time, maintain proper stock of goodies, back papers etc.
3. Proactively plan and work backwards during high-volume hiring season
4. Audits own work and does not compromise on quality & confidentiality.
5. Handles Onboarding queries ensures service level commitments.
6. Holds strong eye-for-detail while making data entries and while preparing documents.
7. Ability to identify bottlenecks and solve issues instantly.
