Must have Skills : Network Infrastructures, SSI: NON SSI: Good to Have Skills :SSI: No Technology Specialization NON SSI : Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : -Manage end-to-end operations support and service request fulfilment services for Load Balancer and DDI DNS/DHCP/IP address management domains within the Network Service Delivery and Operations organization -Provide leadership during complex break/fix incidents and ensure adequate resolution -Experience in Bluecat edge and Cisco Umbrella -Packet capture and protocol analysis TCP, UDP, ICMP, packet dissection -Support for the transition to IPv6 DNS and IPv4 DNS, DNS high availability Technical Experience : -Demonstrate a high level of expertise in BlueCat solutions including best practices and troubleshooting techniques -Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, testing or developing IPAM Solutions on BlueCat -Expertise designing, transforming, managing, and migrating complex Bluecat Environments -Been technical lead with hands on Bluecat implantations/migrations -Experience architecting, implementing, and configuring OEM platforms especially on BlueCat -Deep understanding of IP addressing Professional Attributes : -Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware LAN and WAN experience -Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols -Bluecat Certification Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in information technology related field of study with a network/software engineerin Additional Info :
