Job Summary
We're presently hiring a Partnerships and Community Growth Assistant Manager. This person will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships to drive innovative partnerships and will also be in charge of building and growing IndiGo-owned communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the right partners who can bring us to the forefront of culture and top of mind with our target audiences.
- Negotiate and finalize effective partnership agreements & deals in accordance with the company's contract guidelines and policies.
- Build a clientele and framework for various types of collaborations to onboard partners to create a win-win relationship for both brands.
- Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and client visits.
- Develop engaging sales presentations backed by relevant data and case studies.
- Research partners, identify key players and generate interest, and develop and pitch new strategies to onboard new partners.
- Establish and manage relationships across major brand partners to create meaningful, impactful, and original activations.
- Drive projects, cross-brand partnerships, and co-marketing campaigns from conception to completion
- Develop and execute a plan to build IndiGo-owned communities, growth, and engagement.
- Plan different community-building projects and partnerships to increase and broaden engagement within the community.
- Build relevant audiences’ communities for IndiGo to engage and monetize the same.
- Monitoring and optimizing community engagement levels.
- Initiate campaigns and discussions to keep the community involved and active, with the goal of strengthening relationships with the current community and establishing new ones.
- Tracking and keeping an eye on all growth data, including total members, community growth rate, and engagement metrics, including total activations and active members, among others.
- Lead cross-functional partnership briefings and collaborate with cross-functionally to ensure programs are developed and delivered on time and within budget.
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships. Evaluate partnership success through qualitative and quantitative metrics and adjust strategies based on findings.
Key Requirements
- 5-7 years of prior experience as a collaboration/brand partnership manager and community growth manager with a thorough understanding of how to create and drive successful partnerships.
- Extremely strong project management skills and experience
- Used to a fast-paced environment where taking initiative is imperative and ambiguity makes you comfortable.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Master networker with the ability to build and cultivate relationships.
- Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues and can juggle multiple priorities and deliverables.
- Able to develop and move projects forward independently and autonomously.
- Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization.
- Experience developing and negotiating partner contracts.
- Experience in developing integrated marketing plans and in creating, managing, and adhering to a budget.
- Event management skills to handle several multiplied responsibilities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
