Deputy Vice President - Vision+ SME

a. Manages Medium  / Large size VisionPLUS / UPI application projects such as new scheme integrations, revenue initiatives
b. Review of the functional and technical design for VisionPLUS application changes basis the business requirements. Design optimal VisionPlus solutions for supporting business projects in line with VisionPlus global standards
c. Prepares for engagement reviews with the business stakeholders and quality assurance procedures. 
d. Review of all the changes covered as part of the change amangement process
e. Management of the team including mentoring and coaching
f. Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and always allign to the organization goals
g. Effectively communicates relevant project information to the stekeholdres and the senior management team
h. Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized status and presentations
i.  Role entails complete accountability and responsibility towards successful delivery of the complex, critical and strategic business initiatives

 

Role Accountability

1. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures. 
2. Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 
3. Project management:
a. Holds regular status meetings with project team. 
b. Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization
c. the candidate would need to display inclusiveness to lead as well as take the team along the life of the Program
d. Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
e. Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
f. Understands the pricing model and billing procedures
g. Assist the business teams in finalization the business requirements
