Job Description Summary

LDC (Lean Digital Core) is a multi year digital transformation program at Novartis. We are looking for a talented SAP Vistex professional to join our core team to provide technical guidance and lead developments in the area of Vistex for our multi country rollout projects .This role requires a deep understanding of Vistex functionalities and the ability to apply the knowledge to meet business requirements .

Job Description

Major Accountabilities

• Responsible for Developing and maintaining end-to-end Vistex solutions within S/4HANA to manage Pricing, Rebates, Chargeback, Incentives and other related process.

• As a Vistex Technical Expert candidate is expected to own deliverables and milestones across organization to support Novartis LDC Program in areas of Vistex for multiple countries and parallel rollouts.

• Will be responsible for working with Core Functional and Business Teams to understand the user requirements and translate them into technical solution.

• Should have in depth knowledge in transactional and composite process including but not limited to BADIs and interfaces.

• Proficient in proforma calculations, deals, approval workflows

• Responsible for developing effective and scalable code keeping performance in mind.

• Proficient in analysis and debugging of Vistex for timely resolution of defects during Testing phases.

• Will be responsible for reviewing the developments done by the Vendors/Different teams and ensure solutions delivered by them meet the quality standards of Pharma Industry.

• Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and Procedures of Novartis

• Take ownership, lead associates from different teams and ensure close collaboration between all necessary organizations and parties to meet the organization milestones with respect to Vistex for parallel releases.

• Should support in optimizing Vistex transactional processing and improve system performance.

Minimum Requirements

• University degree in business/technical domains or equivalent proven experience & certifications in the field

• Proven track record of broad industry experience and excellent understanding of complex enterprise IT landscapes and relationships

• 12+ years of relevant SAP Vistex experience.

• Implementation experience in V4 Vistex is a must with strong expertise in Vistex module.

• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work in cross functional/Multi-Vendor environments
