Key Areas and Responsibilities

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing and managing key project and program management documents and processes
• Developing and supporting project and program performance status reports
• Develop KPI’s, evaluate and improve existing KPIs
• Executes work to a level that meets member firm’s Quality standards and adhere to quality and risks policies and process.
• Support in designing PMO handbook/processes, and conducting the PMO maturity assessment
• Support in executing engagements and may lead a stream within an engagement. This include pre-engagement work, project planning, develop deliverables, client reports and presentations with minimal guidance
• Attend client meetings and facilitate discussions via seeking and sharing perspectives
• Assisting with program communication and stakeholder engagement
• Preparing program communication documents
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with client
• Coordinating risks and issues registers
• Assisting in the maintenance of program financial management
• Development and management of Program/Project Master Schedules/experience with Microsoft Project
• Preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions; and conducting research

 

Qualification, Experience & Skills

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5- 10 years of experience in consulting field in similar role
• Prior knowledge on Enterprise Products like Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc. would be an added advantage
• Flexible to work/overlap with AU shift timings, if necessary, based on client requirements
• Previous experience in Big 4 firms / Consulting experience is preferable 
• Demonstrate strong experience in project management 
• Preferred PMP certified/Prince 2 certified / CSM or additional project management /agile qualifications or certifications is desired 
• Working experience on tools like MS Project, Clarizen, JIRA, Confluence / Service Now
• Working experience in setting up integration between Microsoft Project Plan and Jira using Ceptah bridge for project management activities (good to have)
• Experience in update architecture of Jira project settings like Issue Types, Workflow etc.
• Knowledge of SDLC life cycle and Reporting
• CRP / Pilots / UAT test management
• RAID / Risk Management / Reporting / PowerPoint / strong MS Excel skills
• Experience in engagement financials / project cost management
• Versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm, a high level of self-motivation and initiative
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment, using Agile methodology and approaches
• Prior experience of supporting projects and project governance frameworks with demonstrated ability to develop reports, take minutes and track actions
• Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with project stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in English 
• Attention to detail in drafting correspondence and other documentation.
