Club House Executive

You'll work as a Club House Executive, reporting into the Property Manager.

In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Take all incoming calls and emails then direct and assist callers as needed.
• Set up and maintain data base information on Club House.
• Monitor all work orders on a daily basis.
• Handle Service Call Tracker efficiently and effectively.
• Prioritize, analyze, route and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Help to ensure that any complaint or problem and/or emergencies are handled in an expeditious and satisfactory manner.
• Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures for occupants/clients/visitors and staff and how to act upon them.
• Familiarity with lost and found procedures.
• Perform other activities as assigned by Club House Manager
• Maintain record  of all the Visitors.
• Booking of guest rooms and Banquet Hall.
• Ensure only Authorised entry in the Club House

Education and experience

Any Bachelor’s degree.  you’ll need between Two and Four years’ experience in Facility (OR) Property Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. 

An eye for detail

You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information – and translate this into strategic deliverables. 

Great organisational skills

You’ll have great time management and organisational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
