Minimum Qualification: 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design, with a focus on Graphics/UI design for web & mobile applications.

Job Description: 

We are seeking a talented Graphic/UI Designer with a minimum 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces for our web applications. From concept to execution, the Graphic/UI Designer will work closely with our development team to ensure that our products not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing and functional user interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Develop high-quality graphics, icons, and other visual elements for use in web applications.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in design across all platforms and devices.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continually improve the quality of our products.
• Work closely with developers to implement designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.

Tools Must Know:

• Figma:
  • o    Skills in using Figma’s text tools, auto layout, layout grid, and constraints.
  • o    Ability to create components and utilize them for efficient design.
  • o    Documenting and sharing Figma prototypes for efficient handoff.
  • o    Should know how to share designs, collaborate in real-time, and leave comments for team members.
  • o    Should know how to use Component Libraries and creation of component.
  • o    Understanding & working with Variables is a plus.
  • o    Understanding how to create and maintain Design Systems in Figma to ensure consistency across projects and facilitate scalability.
  • o    Above are the Must Know in Figma.

• Adobe Illustrator:
  • o    Ability to create Vector Graphics, Icons and other visual elements.

Requirements:

• Good communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating a strong sense of visual design, creativity, and attention to detail.

Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus.
