Summary: As a Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Ensure smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Provide expertise and support for Accenture people and businesses globally. - Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop environment. - Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement desktop management solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft 365. - Strong understanding of desktop management principles and best practices. - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving desktop-related issues. - Familiarity with desktop imaging and deployment tools. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A Graduate degree is required.
