Crew Commander
Responsibilities
Key Result Areas & Outcomes expected from the Role:
• To ensure proper allocation of duties to fire crew.
• To co-¬ordinate with MT workshop for rectification action in case of un-Serviceability of fire vehicles / equipments.
• To ensure incident report, appliances serviceability / snag reports (MT & electronics) are prepared and dispatched in time.
• To ensure routine maintenance of fire appliances and equipments is done as per schedule.
• To take command of incident / accident site till the arrival of senior officers.
• To ensure routine drills, lectures, maintenance, response time check, etc are carried out as per schedule.
• To upkeep the discipline, morale and alertness of the shift staff
• Maintain Occurrence Register / log book and all other daily records properly.
• Any other duties assigned by the Head ARFF.

Educational Qualification:
Essential :
A Graduate preferably in pure science from an institute /University recognized by UGC/AICTE
