HCM Lead - Manager
- Minimum of 7 Years of experience in SAP HCM
- Ability to handle project management skill by performing tasks with cross functional teams, meet deadline
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions
- Conduct system testing and ensure proper integration and also data migration and ensuring data integrity with other SAP modules
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP HCM consultants and developers.
- Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP HCM
- SAP HCM certification is preferred
- Resolve a critical payroll issue
- Proficient in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service (ESS)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
