Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of engineers to develop and implement AI-based solutions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the design and architecture of AI applications
- Overseeing the application engineering process, including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Setup skeleton and best practices in building frontend applications using React, NextJs, backend python REST APIs using Fast API
- Implementing best practices for cloud infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and scalability
- Driving DevOps processes to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Contributing to the strategic planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks, and proactively addressing technical challenges
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrating relevant innovations into project development
Qualifications
Experience:
7 -12 years pf experience required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
