Service Accounts Manager:
We are seeking an experienced Service Accounts Manager to lead and grow our service operations in Controls, Fire, and Security Systems. This role focuses on managing client relationships, overseeing service delivery, and driving business growth while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Service Operations: Oversee service contracts, manage technical teams, and ensure timely, quality service delivery.
Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on controls, fire alarm, and security systems, resolving complex issues as needed.
Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services, support sales efforts, and prepare proposals for new contracts.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecast revenue, and control costs, ensuring profitability of service operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
[X]+ years of experience in service account management, preferably in controls, fire, or security systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of fire alarms, access control, CCTV, and building management systems.
