Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Record to Report 
In this role, we are looking for an accounting graduate with prior accounting experience and should have advised a team size of ~50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a fairly high pressure business environment while being a standout colleague.
Prior Record to Report Operations experience in the ITES Industry with driving transformation / projects experience / Robotic implementation experience will be preferred
Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with the team to ensure all month-end activities are completed accurately and on time, meeting the agreed critical metrics and SLA targets.
•    Implement effective processes and controls to ensure the highest quality of work and compliance with accounting standards.
•    Proactively identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the month-end close process to minimize disruption and ensure the smooth execution of tasks.
•    Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the team's performance.
•    Work closely with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support, ensuring successful audits and maintaining a high level of compliance.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
•    CA / CMA Qualified (With B.Com at Graduation level)
•    Relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications 
•    Relevant work experience in General Ledger
•    Very good written and verbal communication skills
•    Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS excel
•    Good analytical and problem solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
