Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's network infrastructure.
2. Develop and implement network security protocols to safeguard against cyber threats and ensure data protection.
3. Lead a team of network professionals, providing technical guidance and mentorship to drive optimal performance.
4. Manage network performance and troubleshoot network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
5. Monitor network activities, analyze data traffic, and implement strategies to improve network efficiency.
6. Plan and execute network upgrades and expansions to accommodate business growth and technological advancements.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate network systems with other IT infrastructure.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in network operations.
9. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in network management to recommend innovative solutions and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in network management, with a proven track record of successful network implementations.
• Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and hardware/software technologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate across departments.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex network challenges.
• Experience in project management and budgeting for network initiatives.
