Deputy Manager - Quality
Responsibilities
•Execution of FQA activities on site
•FQA&I Co-ordination for assigned Projects.
• Support in Carrying out Field inspections, Construction Audit for assigned packages .
•To coordinate FQA requirements for various packages, Review and approval of MQP’s with HO and FQP’ s & Quality procedures at site by own.
•Issue of Material Dispatch Clearance Certificate (MDCC) after final acceptance of O & M Spares material
•Help in arranging Vendor Assessment coordination with CQ & I.
•Attending Post-bid, Kick-off & Progress review meetings in order resolve various FQA issues raised by Bidder/Supplier.
•To coordinate inspections as per Planning and Execution of FQA activities to achieve the Milestones set by the Management
•Coordination of shutdown activities, Billing approval, Contractor report closure.
Implementation of ISO:9001-2015, DISHA, IMS, Store Audits, Construction Audit
MSO Monitor timely implementation of risk mitigation measures and develop
opportunities within the department.
• Help in TNI - Identifying the training needs of QA & FQA team and deputing them to training
programs.
• Support in Planning & Organize Quality Audit of all sites and Store as and when required.
• Support in resolving matters/issues involving both internal and external interested parties.
• Monitoring the annual Quality Budget
• Support in the strategy for manpower requirement for the quality function for the project duration
• Execute the training strategies for project manpower regarding QA practices
• Support in Identify opportunities for creating Quality dashboards on relevant KPIs along with Analytics/IT team for regular reporting
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech- Mech
Experiences: 5 to 10 Years
